Jose Sanchez, MS, LPC
There is never a wrong time to start counseling. My goal is to journey with you. Observing how we act and wondering why we make certain choices has always intrigued me from my youth. In college I explored the field of psychology, which led into my passion of counseling.

My Approach
With several years of inpatient mental healthcare experience working with individuals managing depression, addiction, self-esteem, negative thinking, addictions, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and Mood disorders, I know how to therapeutically address many mental health challenges.

My therapy approach includes Integrative, Existential, and CBT. However, the most important task is to build therapeutic rapport with you. I am here to listen and empower you to overcome life’s challenges.

We as individuals have busy lives and sometimes our mental health gets forgotten. My goal is to help you feel empowered and become aware of the areas where you have control in their life and change them. Accepting clients of all ages, sexual orientation, identity, religion, etc. I am experienced in individual therapy as well as group therapy but open to provide family and couples counseling. I offer my services to those who want to make a change in their life.
